M247 Group, the international provider of hosting, data transport, and cloud services, has completed the sale of its UK-only connectivity and IT services operations, including associated infrastructure and personnel, to Convergence Group.
The divestment supports M247 Group’s strategic focus on serving international, multi-jurisdictional, enterprise customers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The sale applies specifically to services provided to UK-only customers. M247 Group continues to operate within the UK to support its international customer base.

M247 has operations spanning over 36 data centres across 32 cities in 27 countries, and a Tier 1-level global network reaching over 110 markets.
