Tech Data boosts HPE partner support

Tech Data has taken the wraps off an enhanced version of its HPE Accelerate programme and says it is looking to on-board more partners over the next few months.

HPE Accelerate is designed to drive and develop HPE sales through a single and coherent managed programme. It provides access to sales and technical teams, education, digital and financial platforms and development resources. The updated programme offers faster on-boarding as well as additional enablement resources and dedicated account management and support.

Andrew Stuart (pictured), HPE business unit director at Tech Data Advanced Solutions for the UK and Ireland, said: “There are tremendous opportunities for reseller and MSP partners with HPE right now, with the GreenLake hybrid cloud, the Aruba networking portfolio and HPE’s edge solutions and services.

“With the additional educational, enablement and business development support we are providing the programme provides everything partners need to really get their HPE business moving.”

Specialist tracks of the Accelerate programme are aligned to key markets and growth opportunities, such as the SMB and the not-for-profit sectors, and in strategic technical areas like GreenLake and hybrid IT, Aruba, IoT and PointNext services.

Last month, Tech Data entered the 5G mobile market with Ericsson subsidiary Cradlepoint to support resellers around IoT and edge services.
