Insight UK has joined 8x8's business partner programme. The IT solutions provider will deploy 8x8's cloud-based voice, video, chat, contact centre and API solutions in the public sector market.
These include 8x8 X Series, a range of collaboration and contact centre services which provide a scalable way to help digitally transform customer and employee experiences. 8x8 X Series aims to bring together voice, video, chat and contact centre capabilities along with analytics on one cloud platform.
8x8 X Series is already used by UK public sector organisations including The National Archives and the Ministry of Justice. “With Insight UK’s specialist public sector division, 8x8 is set to further expand its presence across public sector organisations,” said the vendor.

Working with 8x8 gives us scope to now provide clients with unified communications and contact centre software on a subscription basis.”
