Growth Forum heads to Dublin this July

IT Europa’s Regional Growth Forum will hit Dublin next month, offering senior MSP leaders a one-day deep dive into the people, process and technology choices that underpin sustainable expansion.

Set for 16 July at the Radisson Blu St Helen’s Hotel, the invitation-only summit opens with a keynote from Jason Black, one of Ireland’s most respected endurance athletes and motivational speakers. Drawing on his summits of Everest and K2, as well as his work in youth and mental health advocacy, Black’s session— "Standing on the Edge of Possible" will explore mindset, resilience and leadership in the face of adversity. It sets the tone for a day focused on practical strategies for high-growth businesses in a challenging economy.

The morning “People & Strategy” panel will examine culture, leadership and employee engagement at a time when Irish employers report record skills shortages—81 per cent struggle to fill roles, according to ManpowerGroup’s 2025 talent survey. After lunch, the “Processes & Technology” panel turns the spotlight on automation, margin control and tool selection—the operational levers MSPs must balance to scale profitably.

The programme closes with “Beyond FUD”, a candid discussion led by IT Europa’s Will Garside on what truly resonates with buyers in a crowded cybersecurity market. A networking drinks reception follows.

The day will look at the shared challenges, tested strategies, and direct conversations for those steering some of the region’s fastest-growing IT service providers. Demand for that guidance is rising: the global managed services market is forecast to expand at more than eight per cent a year from 2025 as organisations look for scalable, outsourced IT support.

Complimentary passes covering all sessions, lunch and the closing reception are available to qualifying MSP executives, but spaces are limited. Registration details and the full agenda are available at itegrowthforum.com/regional/dublin.
