DataCore Software, a storage architecture and virtualisation software specialist, has announced a launch of its new EMEA Professional Services Group dedicated to channel partners across Europe.
The new group will provide partners with consulting services, migration and troubleshooting resources to help them support its channel partner base across the region in the area of large enterprise projects, it says. The services will be available via two-tier channel network. The new group has hired consultants and SAN engineers with at least five years of experience in storage virtualisation solutions .
The following service will be offered within the Professional Services portfolio: health-checking and remote assessments, migration, advanced design and integration, performance analysis and optimisation, advanced upgrades and VMware integration advice.

The EMEA Professional Services Group will be headed by Glenn Bullingham who joins from Systems Engineering Group.
Additionally, the company has launched a programme of partner webinars detailing the services offered within the Professional Services portfolio.
