UK robotic solutions firm Symphony Ventures has opened its new Robotic Operations Centre (ROC) in Krakow, Poland. The centre is designed to centrally monitor, manage and maintain millions of automated processes on behalf of Symphony’s global client base across healthcare, telecoms, banking and insurance.
It will also be home to the company's largest team of intelligent automation specialists with capabilities ranging from intelligent image capture to advanced AI and big data analysis. The site will provide training for partners, customers and the wider shared services and BPO community, said Symphony.
David Poole, CEO of Symphony Ventures, said: “The new ROC brings together technology, people and methodology, gleaned from hundreds of successful large-scale implementations, to create not only a place to manage automation, but also a space to think about the future of work.”
During the opening event, attended by clients, vendor partners, analysts and local dignitaries, guests were introduced to several global initiatives ongoing at Symphony, including efforts to advance the automation of front-office functions through the holistic use of chatbots and other cognitive tools.
