Tech Data unveils market intelligence as-a-service offering

TD Synnex company Tech Data has signed a pan-European agreement with insights firm MarketsandMarkets to launch a market intelligence as-a-service offering.

The subscription-based service enables partners to offer exclusive market intelligence and advisory consulting services to help identify customer growth opportunities in emerging technology segments, such as AI, big data, IoT, connectivity and robotics among others.  

“This agreement will help partners and end customers equip themselves with robust, data-driven insights, which will be a crucial differentiating asset as they guide business customers to make the right growth technology investments,” said Craig Smith (pictured), VP of analytics and IoT solutions, Europe, at Tech Data. 

Tech Data partners will also have access to reporting and advisory services covering target addressable market analysis, segment prioritisation, product benchmarking, acquisition management, customer opportunity identification and many more elements of ongoing market intelligence.
