AWS and RingCentral have entered into a multi-year partnership to offer new employee and customer communications tools to their client roster.
AWS will offer RingCentral's MVP and contact centre solutions to its customers, and the two companies will work together to develop vertical solutions for several industries.
Mo Katibeh, President and COO at RingCentral, said: “This partnership with AWS marks the beginning of an important collaboration for RingCentral, whereby we will work together to deliver technologies and innovations that improve business communications for today’s hybrid workforce of both knowledge workers and frontliners.”
The partnership will initially focus on North America, with plans to expand into Europe and other regions over a multi-year period.
