NinjaOne appoints MSP partnerships head

Endpoint management platform NinjaOne has appointed Paul Redding as head of MSP partnerships.

He aims to "accelerate growth and success" for the company’s partners and customers, bringing decades of experience with MSPs.

He started his career as the CEO of an MSP specialising in clients from highly regulated industries, including healthcare and the US Department of Defence supply chain. Most recently, as SVP of channel marketing and community at CyberQP, Redding worked closely with global partners to help MSPs build more profitable client relationships, implement industry-leading security practices, and streamline operations by eliminating repetitive tasks.

“Paul’s first-hand experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges MSPs face today,” said Erzan Uygur, VP of business and corporate development at NinjaOne. “As we continue to expand our platform capabilities and serve larger, more complex MSP environments, Paul’s insight and leadership will be instrumental in continuing to help MSPs become more productive and scale their businesses.”

“I’ve admired NinjaOne’s relentless focus on innovation and partner success for a long time,” said Redding. “The MSP market is at an inflection point, with a growing need for efficiency and automation at scale. I’m joining the NinjaOne team to help our partners seize this opportunity and achieve new levels of growth and success.”

NinjaOne recently completed its acquisition of app security and backup player Dropsuite for around $270m. With the addition of Dropsuite, first announced this January, NinjaOne customers can unify endpoint, server, and SaaS application backups.
