Israel-based software solutions provider NICE Systems has announced the opening of its new cloud hosting facility in Europe.
The new data centre will be located in the UK and will support deployment of NICE cloud solutions and services across the EMEA region. Also, NICE will deploy all new EMEA-based cloud customers, and across all products, in the new data centre and the existing customers can be also migrated to the new hosting infrastructure, it says.
The offering includes workforce optimisation and analytics suites as well as financial crime and compliance solutions. Additionally, the company says that the new site is compliant with both UK and EU privacy regulations.
