McKinsey acquires Spanish Salesforce specialist

Global consulting firm McKinsey & Company has acquired Madrid, Spain-based Salesforce services Platinum Partner S4G Consulting.

S4G’s Salesforce CRM technology expertise, combined with McKinsey’s other industry growth offerings, will enable companies to “accelerate” their end-to-end digital transformation, said McKinsey.

“With this acquisition we are bringing together world-class Salesforce experts, industry-leading technology, accelerators and analytics to enable our clients to capture customer value and growth using real-time information,” said Greg Kelly, senior partner and global leader of McKinsey & Company’s growth, marketing and sales practice.

Javier Heitz, CEO and founder of S4G, added: “McKinsey are distinctive in developing multi-year transformation strategies fused with design, analytics and implementation capabilities, as well as accelerating commercial performance. We are joining them to help clients shape the future of sales and marketing through rapid growth transformation strategies.”

Peter Dahlstrom, senior partner and global leader of McKinsey’s alliances and acquisitions, said the deal would “deepen” the firm’s alliance with Salesforce, as part of its open ecosystem of “trusted collaborators”.
