
SentinelOne has named Ana Pinczuk as president of product and technology. Pinczuk will lead SentinelOne’s global product and technology organization, including research and development, AI and platform engineering, as well as product management and technology operations.
Pinczuk is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of experience scaling SaaS and cybersecurity businesses. She has served on SentinelOne’s board of directors since 2022.
Her leadership track record spans product and technology roles at HPE, Anaplan, Veritas, and Symantec, as well as senior executive positions at Cisco, and AT&T.
-TP-Link, a provider of business and consumer networking, ISP and smart home solutions, has announced the promotion of Ben Allcock to vice president, B2B, UK&I.
In his new role, He will lead the strategic direction, sales, technical and commercial execution of TP-Link’s B2B business, continuing 40% year-on-year growth, and overseeing a rapidly growing team of 35 professionals, the largest B2B team TP-Link has in Europe.
In his previous role as sales director UK&I, Allcock was pivotal in laying the groundwork for TP-Link’s expansion plans, including the opening of its largest UK&I warehouse in Newbury in February. The 120,000 sq ft facility has enhanced TP-Link’s storage capacity by 50%, enabling faster delivery times and improved service for its customers.
-Signicat, a provider of digital identity solutions, has named Sofia Busck as country manager for Sweden. She will be based in Stockholm and report to Joakim Harging, chief of enterprise Nordics & UK at Signicat.
Busck has over a decade of leadership experience across commercial strategy, customer success, and operational growth in regulated and technology-driven sectors. Most recently, as chief revenue officer at the sustainability data platform Worldfavor, she was responsible for commercial strategy and accelerating customer growth. Previously, she held key roles at Klarna, where she specialised in market expansion and operational excellence, driving launches in multiple international markets. Her career began at EY, where she managed strategy and operational transformation projects for financial services clients.
-Advania UK recently appointed James Hardy as chief executive officer, succeeding Geoff Kneen, who is stepping down after more than eight years with the company and a long career in the technology sector.
Since entering the UK market in 2021, Advania has brought together Content+Cloud, Azzure IT, CCS Media, and Servium to form a unified business of 1,600 employees.
The company is now among the largest IT services providers in the UK. Hardy brings more than two decades of leadership experience in IT services. He spent 18 years at CCS Media before becoming group chief commercial officer at Advania UK.
-TXP (Technology x People), the systems integrator specialising in tech consulting, development and resourcing, has appointed Nick Southwell as its group chief finance officer (CFO).
He brings with him extensive private equity and M&A experience, along with a track record of building finance organisations. Most recently, he was the CFO at Tenzing-backed Activpayroll, a global payroll and mobility specialist, helping the company to significantly increase sales and EBITDA over a period of four years.
Prior to this, he has held a number of senior finance positions at organisations including Evaluate, a data analysis provider for pharmaceuticals, and Valueworks, a platform that helps to reduce the costs of maintaining housing. In addition, he has acted as a board advisor for several tech startups.
-Gigamon has appointed Gareth Maclachlan as chief operating officer, elevated Ram Bhide to chief development officer, and expanded the role of Chaim Mazal as chief AI and security officer.
Maclachlan brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity experience, most recently as chief product and technology officer at Trellix, formed in 2022 from the merger of McAfee and FireEye, where he led more than 1,500 people across engineering, security research, and product management. Maclachlan previously held senior leadership roles at FireEye, AdaptiveMobile, and PwC Consulting.
Bhide has been promoted from senior vice president of engineering to chief development officer. Bhide will continue to lead global software and hardware engineering, ensuring the company roadmap “executes with quality, velocity, and measurable customer impact”, said the firm.
Mazal expands his chief security officer role to chief AI and security officer, strengthening and unifying the company’s AI and security strategies. In this role, he leads the company’s strategic AI programme, driving governance, cross-functional adoption, and secure, responsible use of AI.
