Adds sixth UK location, will recruit around 70 staff
BJSS is expanding its operations to Scotland by recruiting 70 local IT consultants. The new staff will be based in a BJSS Scottish hub in Glasgow, and will support both Scottish and global clients.
BJSS works with organisations such as NHS Digital, RBS, The Co-operative, ITV, BP and Lloyds Banking Group. Recent projects include a complete re-engineering of the NHS Spine 2 national healthcare infrastructure, and the development of a global trade matching system which facilitates six out of every 10 foreign exchange trades worldwide. James Whitehouse, BJSS board director, said: “Scotland has a long-held reputation for innovation, access to large corporate clients, and a skilled talent pool from the largest concentration of universities in Europe."
“Our expansion in Scotland, our sixth UK location, provides us with a great opportunity to help companies resolve their most complex IT and business issues. We look forward to welcoming professionals from Scotland to our existing team of 800 BJSS colleagues.”
BJSS has existing offices in London, New York, Leeds, Manchester, Nottingham and Bristol.
