Schneider Electric has promoted Karlton Gray to Director, Channels, UK & Ireland, helping to drive collaboration across the company’s EcoXpert partners, IT Channel partners, OT, ET and midmarket.
Gray has a proven track record for Channel growth as an award-winning leader, and his new role aims to drive collaboration and sustainability across Schneider Electric’s partner ecosystem in the UK and Ireland.
The promotion also includes an expanded remit for working closely with Schneider Electric’s segment business units across the education, healthcare, life sciences and automotive sectors.
This new role will also help to connect its partners’ diverse skill sets and foster collaboration among the community, enabling partners to capitalise on emerging businesses opportunities surrounding AI infrastructure, including data centres and critical power systems, IT modernisation services and delivery of energy efficiency projects.
Gray has been praised by peers for his inspiring leadership, passion for people and commitment to partners, and his people-first approach has allowed him to build diverse, successful teams and secure multiple awards for IT Channel leadership.
