Toronto-based Converge Technology Solutions has extended its reach into the UK market with the purchase of UK-based Stone Technologies Group, its thirty-fifth acquisition to date.
Founded in 1991, Stone specialises in providing IT support, services and solutions to educational, public and private organisations.

The transaction is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter, subject to conditions.
