Bromium, an endpoint security solutions specialist, has signed new partners in Canada, a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) The Herjavec Group and an IT solutions integrator Scalar. They will together expand Bremium’s offering of security solutions for customers in Canada.

Under the terms of the deal, Harjevec and Scalar will deliver Bromium’s vSentry and LAVA enterprise solutions which enable organisations to drive down their IT operational costs while securing their end users’ devices, it says. The solutions use hardware-isolated micro-virtualisation.

Bromium assures that all its solution partners have been trained in the deployment, management and integration of these solutions.

“The Herjavec Group is a trusted provider of security solutions to leading enterprises worldwide, which makes them well-positioned to help customers realise the benefits of advanced malware protection and real-time threat intelligence. Endpoint protection remains one of the hottest security markets and The Herjavec Group is among the most savvy providers, which makes this an exciting partnership,” says Jarrett Miller, VP of Global Channel Sales, Bromium.

“As organisations grapple with the short-comings of malware detection systems in the post-AV era, solutions integrators can provide the expertise and direction to stay ahead of the competition. Next-generation endpoint protections solutions are positioned to revolutionise the security industry and Scalar will be at the front lines of delivery and implementation,” he adds.

Additionally, Scalar and Bromium will co-host an event together ‘Micro-virtualisation: Isolation Not Detection” on August 20, 2014 in Toronto.
