Awards deadline extended to January 22

Winners on stage after the event in 2019

A last minute rush of entries looks set to keep the judges busy next week. The European IT & Software Excellence Awards 2020 (www.iteawards.com) has a deadline of this Friday, but in response to a wave of requests for extensions, chair of judges IT Europa editor John Garratt has extended the deadline until next Wednesday, January 22nd. Anyone preparing their entry should have their information submitted by close of play on that day.

There has been a lot of interest in the software, innovation and app developer/ISV categories, and entries are still coming in from across Europe, with central and eastern Europe particularly strong again, he reports. The full list of categories is here

The winners event - a gala dinner in London on March 19 2020 has so far attracted sponsorship from Oracle and Tech Data with the Post-Awards Bar Sponsor Content Guru. Anyone wanting to connect with the leading players in the European IT industry on the night and enjoy a thoroughly entertaining evening is encouraged to take part with tables and individual places here
