Allocatr secures £750k to automate Microsoft 365 licensing for MSPs

Microsoft for Startups-backed firm will use funding to accelerate product development and platform integrations.

London-based SaaS start-up Allocatr has raised £750,000 in pre-seed funding to accelerate development of its Microsoft 365 license automation platform for managed service providers (MSPs). The round, which closed on 7 August 2025, drew backing from strategic angel investors and sector-focused funds.

The company plans to use the capital to complete its minimum viable product, expand its development team, and build integrations with platforms including ConnectWise, HaloPSA, N-able, Xero, and QuickBooks. Initial rollout will target UK MSPs, with expansion into EMEA, North America, and APAC to follow.

Founder and CEO George Adams (right) said the investment “validates the size of the problem we’re solving” and provides the foundation to scale the product, team, and global relationships. COO Rob Baynes (left) added that the company’s focus on MSP operational needs has driven “genuine excitement” among customers and partners.

Founded in 2025 and backed by Microsoft for Startups, Allocatr aims to help MSPs reduce operational overhead through automated license management, billing reconciliation, and cost optimisation.
