Amazon Web Services says that enterprise technology partners MicroStrategy, Software AG, TIBCO, and Onshape have declared themselves “all-in” with AWS. These companies join other ISVs like Acquia, Emdeon, IMS Health, Informatica, Infor, Pegasystems, and Splunk, who have chosen AWS as the core infrastructure platform that powers their SaaS solutions.
“Software AG’s Transformation to the Cloud initiative is designed to help enterprises identify and implement their optimal cloud adoption strategies,” said Dr. Wolfram Jost, CTO, Software AG. “Software AG chose to go ‘all-in’ on AWS because they offer outstanding operational efficiency and the widest geographical footprint, enabling Software AG to focus on our core offering – building a highly differentiated, value-added solution for our customers across the globe.”
“As cloud computing becomes the new normal for IT, companies expect applications and software products to be consumable in the cloud – in a manner that is secure, always available, and accessible instantly from anywhere around the world. To serve these customer needs, ISVs require a cloud platform that has all of the infrastructure and platform services to support their current solutions as well as their future innovations,” said Terry Wise, Vice President of Worldwide Partner Ecosystem, AWS. “AWS continues to expand the breadth of AWS services, and the depth of features within them, so that our ‘all-in’ ISV partners like MicroStrategy, Software AG, TIBCO, and Onshape can focus on delivering innovative solutions to their customers instead of managing infrastructure.”
