Quadient appoints new reseller for Nordics and UK

Quadient, the customer communications management (CCM) software vendor previously known as GMC Software, has appointed Quertum as its reseller in the Nordics and UK. The Finland-headquartered reseller says it will use its local knowledge to service a growing demand for “customer experience excellence”.

“Customer experience is moving to the top of the agenda, as customers realise they have the power to demand more from organisations,” said Mike Davies, vice president of business partners at Quadient. “Quertum as a full channel partner will be able to reach more customers and help them drive meaningful interactions with their own customers across the ever-growing range of channels.”

Quertum was actually launched by Joisto, a technology partner of Quadient, which provides advanced e-archive and document management solutions, allowing organisations to translate physical forms into electronic documents that can form part of a modern, digital customer experience. Based in Finland, the UK and Poland, Joisto says it processes more than 1bn documents a year and has worked with Quadient for more than 15 years.

Organisations in industries such as financial services and insurance will see “clear benefits” from working with Quertum, said the reseller, including the ability to unify data, content and communication channels to provide a “21st century customer experience”.

Tommi Hänninen, co-founder Quertum, said: “Three-quarters of all documents processed by Joisto run through Quadient. Now we are taking things to the next level by offering our expertise to businesses across the Nordics and the UK, and investing in the right people to make this project a success. This is a great opportunity to realise the potential of customer experience for the channel, and open up new opportunities for the market and new revenue streams for us.”
