Exertis brings in AV head from reseller

Distributor Exertis has named Greg Bennett as head of AV solutions for Exertis Medium in the UK, reporting to Ian Aitken, AV director. He joins from corporate reseller SCC where he spent seven years as AV practice manager, developing their solution propositions and managed services for enterprises and SMBs, and building relationships with vendors. Prior to that he held a sales management role at a specialist AV reseller for more than three years, following a twelve career at IBM in IT and AV.

Bennett will be responsible for building upon Exertis’ existing range of Pro AV solutions for specialist resellers, using a " consultative approach" to AV bringing in networking, video conferencing and wireless.
