Tieto appoints ex-EMC head of channels
Tieto has appointed former Senior VP Global Channels at EMC, Willem Hendrickx (left) as Executive VP for its Telecom & Media division.
Starting in his new role on the 9th of August, Hendricks will also be responsible for country operations concerning Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and the UK, while former head of Telecom & Media at Tieto will focus on driving the R&D transformation in that same division.

Hendrickx joined EMC in 2001 and has occupied several senior management positions, including EMEA President, Channel & Mid-Market, Regional Manager for Europe North, and Country Manager for the Netherlands.
