IBM has acquired Intelliden. With Intelliden, IBM will provide solutions for automation and optimization of digital and physical assets, including full service lifecycle management of network devices, IT, data centre and emerging smart assets.

Intelliden will integrate into IBM's Software Group as part of the Tivoli Software unit. It aims to give improved visibility, control and automation of complex networks across the service chain with a unified service management platform.
