LSI adds German distie

 Germany-based high performance distributor Stordis has been appointed a European Sales Partner for LSI, storage software specialist, and will distribute the vendor’s application acceleration card, LSI’family of PCIe flash adapters.

“Flash storage is becoming increasingly vital for resellers to deliver hardware platforms within the enterprise and datacentres, as well as within key vertical market such as financial trading, the media and broadcast industry and traditional high performance computing” says Stordis’ CEO Alexander Jeffries.

“The Nytro WarpDrive card use standard LSI SAS software drivers, which are common in the storage industry segment. In addition to its use of proven, stable drivers, the LSI Nytro WarpDrive card uses LSI SandForce Storage Processors, which are used by nearly 50 of the industry’s leading global suppliers of solid state drives (SSDs)” he adds.
