The Managed Services Convention is a one day event designed for executive and senior managers from system integrators and value-added resellers evolving a set of customer-focused services aimed at supporting the increased needs of organisations to outsource key elements of the IT environment.
Building on the positive response to the first UK Managed Services Summit in September 2011, the Convention will spend more time on examining and debating specific managed services segments, as well as evolving business models in a series of "main-tent" panel discussions and parallel tracks.
