Puzzel pieces together Eastern Europe strategy
Norway-headquartered Puzzel is looking east to expand its channel. The cloud-based contact centre solutions vendor has announced the appointment of Petr Bocek as general manager of its Bulgarian office and director of business development for Central and Eastern Europe.
The company says Bocek’s appointment forms part of its expansion plans in the region. Puzzel already has operations throughout the Nordic countries and the UK and is establishing a subsidiary in Finland.
Bocek has over fifteen years’ business development, sales and marketing experience within the telecoms industry. He joins Puzzel from Telenor Bulgaria where he was executive director, responsible for marketing and sales to business customers. Before working in Bulgaria Bocek was at Telenor Serbia, and before that he was head of business products for Vodafone in the Czech Republic.
Bocek said: “The company already has a strong pedigree and proven success in the Nordic and UK regions. Puzzel has outstanding products and a strong team and I am sure we will build a successful presence in new markets in Central and Eastern Europe.”
