French payment operator PayTop has appointed Alain Deslorieux as Head of Development for the new PayTop prepaid cards offer.
The company aspires to become a major player in the field of payment in France and in Europe, as it says. According to the World Bank, the innovative payment methods solutions market is expected to reach $515bn (€381.5bn) in 2014 and is currently undergoing significant growth.
To strengthen its market position PayTop plans to launch several multi-service card offers.
Deslorieux joins from MasterCard Europe France. In the past he held the position of Head of National and Multinational Accounts at American Express Corporate Cards and worked at Lufthansa AirPlus group, where he was in charge for a billing offer for business trips in the French market.
