Making strategic moves with key apppointments
Exponential-e, the UK Cloud and Network provider, has named Henry Pepperall (below) as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he served as Financial Director at technology reseller, Kelway, overseeing acquisitions and a management buyout before managing the completion of the CDW acquisition of Kelway in 2015.
Pepperall will report into Chief Executive Officer, Lee Wade and will serve on the company’s Senior Management Team. Henry Pepperall says: “I am very excited to be joining Exponential-e. Exponential-e has achieved exceptional growth, delivering 40% EBITDA CAGR over the last three years. I’m joining at a pivotal time, as the business now starts to plan its next phase of growth. The appointment follows a number of key strategic hires this year as the company expands its leadership team, which includes the appointment of Jazz Sandhu as Marketing Director, who re-joins the firm after serving as Head of Marketing for two years from 2012-2014.
