Arcserve's VP worldwide sales Chris Ross has moved to Barracuda Networks as senior sales vice president, global channels. He will also serve as managing director of Barracuda’s UK business operations, and help drive Barracuda’s recently strengthened partner programme which aims for global consistency across all levels, expanded deal registration, increased discounts for certain products, and a new MSP program for qualifying partners.
As managing director for Barracuda in the UK, Ross will oversee all aspects of the company’s business in that region including sales, marketing, technical support, manufacturing and operations.

Ross joins Barracuda from Arcserve, where he was vice president of worldwide sales. Prior to Arcserve he held a number of VP and GM roles at Bakbone Software, Symantec and PowerQuest Corporation where he worked to build channels, drive growth and develop sales and marketing teams.
