Action EU expands in Germany

Polish full range IT distie, which has recently changed its name to ACTION Europe, has now announced the addition of the new partners in Germany as the company has previously outlined its plans to enhance its position in the German market.

Polish full range IT distie, which has recently changed its name to ACTION Europe, has now announced the addition of the new partners in Germany as the company has previously outlined its plans to enhance its position in the German market.

ACTION has now signed a new partnership agreement in the German market with a Japanese telecommunications and network infrastructure company Allied Telsis. Both companies have been already working together in Poland for several years and now the partnership has been extended to cover one more market, it says. Under the terms of a deal, ACTION will be distributing Allied Telesis products in Germany. The product portfolio includes switches, media converters and network cards.

This comes after ACTION has recently stressed that is actively looking for the new partners in Germany.

Earlier this month it signed another partnership deal in Germany with a Taiwanese consumers electronics specialist BenQ. The agreement covers distribution of LCD monitors in the German market.

ACTION’s business model in both cases looks similar as the distributor has already worked with BenQ in Poland and following this cooperation it has decided to use the same model in Germany.

“We are very pleased to welcome the extension of a distribution agreement with the companies that we already know and have been working with for a long time in Poland. We hope that our partnership with Allied Telesis will let us offer the best network solutions to our new clients,” says Maurice Kurlandia, Product Manager at ACTION Europe.

“We have managed to find a perfect match. The extension of our cooperation agreement to Germany means for us the new customer winning opportunities. Thanks to it, we will offer better availability and more convenient delivery of our solutions,” says Piero Bottini, Programme Manager at Allied Telesis.
